The Project Cycle

1. Phone Conference

We start off with scheduling a phone conference to get an idea of your project needs. It’s helpful for our designers to see your project space, so please be ready to send in pictures! In this phase, the designer will go over a few crucial details to ensure that your project is a good fit for our company. Having a budget and a list of desired project features is crucial for this step.

2. On-site Visit

Moving on! After your phone conference, if you and the designer would like to continue with the project process, we will schedule an on-site visit. There is a consultation fee for site visits; this covers our designers time, mileage, and expertise. The consultation fee will be credited back to you if you decide to move forward with your project.

3. Prep Work

While you are patiently awaiting the beginning of your new space, we are already working behind the scenes. Before you see our crew on site we have already acquired permits, ordered materials, and coordinated subcontractors.

4. Installation

From imagining to seeing. Every project varies in detail, but this is where your project is unique. Starting with a proper foundation and ending with precise details coming together to create your custom dream backyard space.

5. Maintenance & Live the Dream
